Seasons Midwifery and Birthing Center Celebrates its 100th Baby Born in the Center
Seasons hits this milestone just days after celebrating their one year anniversary

Thornton, CO, May 8 – Seasons midwifery and birth center in Thornton, CO welcomed the 100th child born in their center yesterday. This milestone came less than a week after they celebrated their one year anniversary. Azekiel Lamar Jackson was born at 9:00 a.m. at the free standing birth center. 

“Welcoming Azekiel into the world today was a great honor,” says Heather Prestridge, Administrative Director of Seasons Midwifery and Birth Center. “It was a reminder of how life both begins and continues during the COVID-19 epidemic.”

Heather added, “Celebrating 100 babies in one year means we are moving pretty fast for a birth center! But we have no plans to slow down anytime soon. We can’t wait to continue to empower more parents to bring their children into the world on their terms in their ways.” 

Not only did the center celebrate this birth today, but baby number 101 came only seven hours later.
